Meet Kelsey

Kelsey’s love for makeup began at a young age through competitive dance, where looking stage-ready and glamorous was essential. Once she was old enough to do her own makeup for competitions, her passion quickly grew, and she embraced every opportunity to create new looks. It was during this time that Kelsey knew she wanted to pursue a career in the beauty industry.

She went on to train in both medical aesthetics and makeup artistry at Versailles Academy, where her knowledge, enthusiasm, and technical skills continued to flourish. Kelsey is now thrilled to be a part of the Stephanie Bullock Makeup team and looks forward to helping each client feel confident, beautiful, and their absolute best on their special day.
