Cancellation Policy
To reserve your in-studio appointment, payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to accommodate one appointment transfer to a new date or time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your original appointment. Unfortunately, transfer requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated, and the original payment will be forfeited.
